These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods and services by you (The Customer).

 

These are the billing terms on which we sell all goods to you. By ordering any of the goods, you agree to be bound by these Billing Terms and Conditions.

Interpretations

Placing an Order

Price & Payment

Where to find the price of the product. The price of the goods (including VAT) and any additional shipping or other charges is that set out on the Website at the date we accept the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing.

 

We will pass on changes in the rate of VAT. Fees and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.

 

When will payment be taken? You must pay via Paypal. Payment is taken at the moment you place the order.

 

What happens if we get the price wrong? It is possible, from time to time, that some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is present and could reasonably have been recognized by you as being incorrect, we may end the contract. We will refund any sums you have paid and require the return of the products provided to you.

U.S.: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Other place outside US:Cuurently We don't support orders outside of US,so please don't buy if you outside UNITED STATES.

We ship order to the address of your order information.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

 TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

 

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

Return and Refund Policy

How will customers get the return label?

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Contractual Right of Withdrawal

Origin of failure. It is not a failure to conform if the failure has its origin in your materials.

 

We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the products for private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
